Joseph Cahoon is the owner, the installer, and the field engineer who shows up — tubes, collimators, generators, DR panels, DICOM, and the cost of a down X-ray room. You reach a medical imaging equipment expert, not a call center.
USMC veteran (Sergeant, 2004–2010). He has more than twenty-two years of field service experience repairing electronics, and more than sixteen years repairing medical imaging technologies — computed radiography, digital radiography, workstations, DICOM, and the networks that keep a room talking to PACS. He diagnoses from the component up — then quotes the option that gets patients back on the table: repair, a digital upgrade in the room you already have, or a new system when that is the right path for that room.
Veteran and family owned. Factory-trained on Fujifilm, Carestream, Agfa, GE, and Konica Minolta, with additional experience on Summit Industries (AMRAD Medical, InnoVet, AmeriComp, Bennett, TXR), 20/20 Imaging, Rayence, and the other lines we sell and service. - Veterinary hospitals on Opal-RAD, InnoVet, and VetSmart — 17×17 with veterinary software.
- Chiropractic, podiatry, and medical PACS on Symmetry-Sync and Fujifilm FDX Console.
- Legacy Fuji FCR and Konica Minolta REGIUS CR we keep taking pictures — then upgrade to cesium DR in the same tray.
