Privacy notice
X-Ray and Digital Services, LLC does business as Fix My X-Ray. This notice describes the public website and the private equipment-records office. It is not a patient-privacy policy, and it is not legal advice. Questions: joe@fixmyxray.com.
What the public site collects
If you call, email, or send a callback request, you give a name, a practice or location, a phone number, an email address, and a description of the equipment. Quote forms open your own email program. They are not stored on this website. Page measurement, when enabled, is used to see which pages are visited. It is not used to sell a list of visitors.
What equipment records contain
A service report can name a location, an owner, a billing account, a person who requested the visit, the equipment, the work performed, and the outcome. An invoice can name the bill-to account and the amounts. Bank account and routing numbers are not stored here. Access depends on the person’s role. A customer does not see another customer’s records.
What we do not want
Do not send patient names, patient images, or other information that identifies a person who was imaged. The records notice explains that limit. Read it.
Effective September 24, 2026. It will be updated as the records office changes.
